Sunshine Story Media grew out of a lifelong love of stories.

Before microphones, audio sliders, and long nights of edits, there was story; particularly in theatre. Theatre was the space that taught me how to listen deeply, find the rhythm ,and understand that everyone has something to say. Audio wasn’t my original plan in life. I assumed I would end up directing, or writing, but that’s the thing about stories; they don’t always go where you plan.

I ended up working in lots of spaces that my high school years of mixing songs together on my parent’s dial-up internet computer were served well. With almost 10 years industry experience across plays, radio, theme parks, and more, I’ve seen it all.

Podcasts became the natural extension. Learning the ins and outs have helped it become my modern stage where yarns are spun deeply, curiosity is essential, and trust always matters.

While audio wasn’t always the plan, bringing close held thoughts to life always was. Tales that feel human, layered, and alive are my bread and butter. In this space you won’t be asked to hold back (unless you’re blowing out the sound equipment!) You are welcome exactly as you are. If you have a story, I’m listening.
